Photographing is the art of discerning by the surface the inherent depth of things. I try daily to bow down to the gift of this intuition. It is my grace to witness such grace. I give myself over to everyday life, the moments, as they take flight.

Lauren is blond. Way blond. Thrifty blond. Right up there with the best of ‘em. And that’s what makes the North Valley such a rich place to discover – by scab picking – the true colors of culture.
